Shell Material

A suitable shell material must be developed using off the shelf Eudragits or synthesized using various chemical means. Once a successful shell is found a new patent application can be filed using the existing ‘917 patent as previous art.

This shell material would be used to develop the body art tattoo pigments, radiation marking system, and biosensor. With a successful shell material, the entire range of all the patent’s uses would be further enforced by the award of an additional patent .
